Time for vacations and, as unfortunately happens, time for the abandonment of animals. Having become to all intents and purposes a crime under Article 727 of the Criminal Code, according to the latest data on straying provided by Lav (Anti-Vivisection League), the months of June, July and August see the highest peak of dog abandonment in Italy each year: an estimated 60,000 in the three summer months (out of an annual total of about 150,000 cases).    <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"wp-block-wrapper wp-block-core-paragraph-wrapper\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;At Locauto we have always been attentive to social dynamics,&#8221; says <strong>Raffaella Tavazza<\/strong>, <strong>Vice President of Locauto<\/strong>, &#8220;with the <strong>BAU THE WAY<\/strong> campaign, which winks at the English term <em>by the way<\/em>, we want to raise awareness among all our customers, even those who are thinking of leaving their dogs at home during the summer period in some animal boarding house, showing that you can <em>still<\/em> travel in the company of your dog: you just have to want to.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"wp-block-wrapper wp-block-core-paragraph-wrapper\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, it becomes of primary importance for Locauto to facilitate the transportation of their dogs during the rental experience.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"wp-block-wrapper wp-block-core-paragraph-wrapper\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With &#8220;<strong>BAU THE WAY<\/strong>,&#8221; Locauto customers can transport their dog on board the rented car without any worries: the cleaning of the car at the end of the rental is already included in the service along with a kit containing all the necessary tools for their dog to travel safely in full compliance with current regulations.
