{"id":7340,"date":"2026-03-01T21:15:48","date_gmt":"2026-03-01T20:15:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uat.locautorent.com\/legal-notes\/whistleblowing-reports\/"},"modified":"2026-03-25T08:38:53","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T07:38:53","slug":"whistleblowing-reports","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.locautorent.com\/en\/legal-notes\/whistleblowing-reports\/","title":{"rendered":"Whistleblowing Reports"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-wrapper wp-block-tadv-classic-paragraph-wrapper\">\n<p>Below you will find information on <strong>&#8220;whistleblowing&#8221; reports<\/strong><br>Reports can be made by:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Employed workers;<\/li>\n<li>Self-employed workers who perform their work at Locauto;<\/li>\n<li>Workers or contractors who provide goods or services or perform works for third parties;<\/li>\n<li>Freelancers and consultants;<\/li>\n<li>Volunteers and interns, paid and unpaid;<\/li>\n<li>Persons with functions of administration, management, control, supervision, or representation, even when such functions are exercised on a de facto basis;<\/li>\n<li>Those who do not yet have a legal relationship with the institution (in pre-contract negotiations), as well as those whose relationship has ended or who are on probation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"wp-block-wrapper wp-block-core-heading-wrapper\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Whistleblowing does not cover the whistleblower&#8217;s personal grievances, which are usually governed by other procedures.<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"wp-block-wrapper wp-block-tadv-classic-paragraph-wrapper\">\n<p>Reports that concern <strong>behavior, risks, crimes or irregularities to the detriment of the public interest or the Locauto entity <\/strong>are considered relevant. Within the report form you will find a list of issues, use one of them. For further details you can consult the regulations.
