The town itself is compact, and much of it is subject to traffic restrictions: if you’re arriving by car, it’s therefore important to know where to park and how to avoid entering the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) without authorization. In this article, you’ll find all the information you need about traffic in Pienza: the ZTL, free and paid parking, and more.

Pienza’s Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL): Hours and Rules

Pienza’s Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) covers the historic center within the city walls and is in effect 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
