The office is located in the shared car rental lounge in the Open Tower; from the arrivals area, follow signs for Car Rental - Open. By train, from Fiumicino Airport station, follow signs for Car Rental - Open.
The Locauto parking lot is located next to the office, on the 4th floor of Parking Lot A. Upon exiting the rental office, take the elevator on the right to the 4th floor. In the Locauto parking lot, you'll find an external office that can provide you with all the assistance you need for both pick-up and drop-off.
You can return your rental vehicle by going to the Rome Fiumicino airport area. Specifically, follow the signs "Car Rental Return - Parking A-B-C-D" to access Parking A, where you will need to collect a ticket from the ticket machines and go up to the tower on the fourth floor. Here, you will need to use the ticket to enter the Locauto parking lot.

If you’re heading here from the city centre, you have many options with public transport: shuttle busses and express trains depart every 15 minutes from the main railway stations in Rome (Termini, Tiburtina); if you need to get to another city in Italy after dropping off your car at Fiumicino airport, you can take a fast Frecciargento train to Florence, Venice, Bologna or Padua. Trains for Genoa and Pisa depart from Fiumicino twice a day.
