Whistleblowing Reports

Below you will find information on "whistleblowing" reports
Reports can be made by:

• Employed workers;
• Self-employed workers who carry out their work at Locauto;
• Workers or collaborators who provide goods or services or carry out works for third parties;
• Freelancers and consultants;
• Volunteers and interns, paid and unpaid;
• Persons with administrative, management, control, supervisory or representation functions, even if these functions are exercised merely de facto;
• Those who do not yet have a legal relationship with the organization (in the pre-contractual negotiations phase), as well as those whose relationship has ceased or who are in a probationary period.

Whistleblowing does not concern complaints about the personal character of the whistleblower, which are usually governed by other procedures.

Reports regarding behaviour, risks, crimes or irregularities to the detriment of the public interest or the Locauto body are considered relevant.
Inside the report form you will find a list of topics, use one of these. For further details you can consult the regulations.
The illicit conduct reported must concern situations of which the reporting party has directly or received knowledge, even casually, due to the employment relationship and the role held.

Reports based on suspicion or gossip cannot, however, be considered worthy of protection as it is necessary to take into account the interests of the third parties subject to the information reported in the report and at the same time prevent the administration or body from carrying out internal inspection activities which they risk being of little use and in any case wasteful.

The requirement of the truthfulness of the facts to protect the reported person remains unchanged.

It is possible - in the presence of particular conditions better specified below, determined by the Decree - to resort to the use of other reporting channels, such as the external channel set up by the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC), as well as making public disclosures and/or contacting the Competent authorities.

Finally, here you will find the Whistleblowing Procedure, while here you will find the Privacy Policy: you can also find both directly on our internal reporting channel.
