To collect the vehicle at Bergamo Airport in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk:
- from 8.00 to 22.00 directly to the parking lot
- from 22.00 to 23.00 to our rental office
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

The Locauto car park is located inside the P3 car park at Bergamo Orio al Serio airport, which can be reached by following the signs for "P3 car park - autonoleggi car rental". The car park is also connected to the airport by 2 shuttles which leave every 10 minutes.

Locauto office is located on the ground floor, just a few steps outside of the Arrival Gate.
