To collect the vehicle at Bologna Central Railway Station in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 8.00 to 19.00 from Monday to Friday
- from 8.00 to 13.00 on Saturday
Sunday closed.
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

The Locauto car park is located in Viale Pietramellara 27/A, inside the Central Station Garage, a few meters from the rental office. Return is available every day from 07:00 to 23:00 (it is not possible to return the vehicle outside this time slot).

Exiting Bologna Central Station, simply cross the square and keep to the right along Via Pietramellara. Walk less than 100 meters, and you will find the Locauto office on the left side of the street, at 35/L, just after the intersection with Via Giovanni Amendola. The rental office is located directly in front of the West Exit of the train station. Our staff is ready to welcome you and provide you with the best service!
