To collect the vehicle at Milan Central Railway Station in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 8.00 to 20.00 Monday to Saturday
- from 8.00 to 18.00 on Sunday
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

Access to Locauto car park is guaranteed through two entrances located in: via Ferrante Aporti 1 and Via Sammartini.

The office is located in the "Galleria delle Carrozza", positioned on the right side towards Piazza Luigi Savoia, inside Milan Central Station. Our office is conveniently accessible from the MM1 and MM2 stops of the Milan metro.
