To collect the vehicle at Milan Porta Romana in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 18.30 from Monday to Friday
Saturday and Sunday closed.
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

The car park is located in via Andrea Maffei 19, open 24 hours a day, 650 meters from the Porta Romana stop of the M3 underground line.
