To collect the vehicle at Prato in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk:
- from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 14:30 to 18:30 to our rental office
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

Locauto parking is located next to the rental office in Via delle fonti 51/a a Prato

The office is located inside the Art Hotel Museo, at Viale della Repubblica 289, approximately 3 km from the historic city center and the railway station.
