To collect the vehicle at Rome Appio Tuscolano in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 8.00 to 13.00 and from 14.30 to 18.00 from Monday to Friday
- from 8.00 to 13.00 on Saturday
Sunday closed.
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

Parking is located at the rental office in Via Appia Nuova 645 Roma.

To reach the rental office from the GRA Ring Road, just take exit 23 to Roma centro Appio S. Giovanni and follow the signs to via Appia Nuova. The office is also reachable by metro, line A, stopping at Colli Albani, just 280 m away.
