To collect the vehicle at Rome Termini in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 7.30 to 19.00
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

It is possible to park the vehicle inside the building in Via Giovanni Giolitti 48. The Locauto stalls are located on the 1st floor. When there, turn right and pass the second barrier. Go straight to the end and turn left where the Locauto check in cabin is located at the end of the lane.

Our office is located inside the train station, close to the platform 24. Our staff is ready to welcome you and provide you with the best service.
