To collect the vehicle at Turin Porta Nuova in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 18.30 from Monday to Saturday
Sunday closed.
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

You can park at FS Parking on Via Paolo Sacchi/Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, on floor -1 in the spaces reserved for Locauto Rent.

The rental office is located in via Camerana 3b, 50 meters from Porta Nuova station.
