To collect the vehicle at Udine FS Railway Station in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 8.30 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 19.00 from Monday to Friday
- from 8.30 to 12.30 on Saturday
Sunday closed.
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

You can pick up your vehicle at our desk in viale Europa Unita 129, a few meters away from the station.

Our rental office is located in viale Europa Unita 129. From the train station, cross the street and proceed for 50 meters on the left. You can get there comfortably both by public transport and on foot, as well as by car without having to cross the restricted traffic area of ​​Udine.
