To collect the vehicle at Rome Via Veneto in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 8.00 to 20.00 from Monday to Friday
- from 8.00 to 13.00 on Saturday and Sunday
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

You can collect your vehicle by going to the desk in Via Sardegna 25. To return the vehicle, simply go to the SABA car park in Villa Borghese in Viale Del Muro Torto snc, 00197 Rome
