To collect the vehicle at Verona Porta Nuova in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 8.00 to 20.00
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

Locauto parking is located in front of the office, in Piazzale 25 Aprile 6.

Locauto office is located outside of the railway station, on the right, walking along Piazzale 25 Aprile 6.
