To collect the vehicle at Caserta in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday
- from 9.00 to 13.00 on Saturday
Sunday closed.
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

The car park is located behind the rental office on the corner of Via Autostrada and Via Caduti sul lavoro.

The rental office is located in Via Nazionale Appia 276, 2 km from the Caserta railway station.
