To collect the vehicle at Catania San Giuseppe La Rena in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 8.30 to 13.00 and from 15:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday
- from 8.30 to 13.00 on Saturday
Sunday closed.
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

The Locauto parking is located in the area just outside the rental office

The rental office is located in Via San Giuseppe La Rena 19 D / E, 3km from Catania Fontanarossa Airport.
