To collect the vehicle at Desenzano del Garda in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 14:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday
- from 8.30 to 12.00 on Saturday
Sunday closed.
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

The area surrounding the office is served by numerous free parking spaces.

The office is located in Via Adua 3 about 2 km from the railway station and the historic city centre.
