To collect the vehicle at Grosseto in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday
- from 9:00 to 13:00 on Saturday
Sunday closed.
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

The Locauto car park is located in the area next to to the rental office.

The Locauto office is located in the city center of Grosseto, approximately 300 meters from the railway station and near the historic centre.
