To collect the vehicle at Milazzo in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 8.30 to 13.00 and from 15:00 to 18:30 from Monday to Friday
- from 8.30 to 13.00 on Saturday
Sunday closed.
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

Parking is available along the road that runs alongside the Locauto rental office.

The office is located in via Giorgio Rizzo 138, 350 meters from the port and the boarding area for the Aeolian Islands.
