To collect the vehicle at Ravenna in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday
- from 9.00 to 12.00 on Saturday
Sunday closed.
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

It is possible to park near the rental office

The office is located at Via Achille Grandi 27, in the "Le Bassette" industrial area on the northern outskirts of the city along Via Romea Nord
