    Terms and conditions

    *The Customer has the right to to return the vehicle early at the end of each annual contractual term starting from the date of signing the delivery report, by sending written notice to Locauto at backoffice@pec.locauto.it with at least 30 (thirty) days notice.

    ** In that case, the total amount owed by the Customer will bebe recalculated based on the actual duration of use of the Vehicle, applying the monthly fee specified for the corresponding period actually used, as indicated in the pricing table included in the rental agreement.

    Any other scenario involving early return of the Vehicle that occurs outside the annual deadlines indicated above is governed by the Article 26 (EARLY RETURN OF THE VEHICLE) of thetheFramework Agreement.

    Locauto reserves the right to install, or have installed at its own expense, a satellite anti-theft system (GPS or another system) in order to investigate the circumstances of accidents and reduce the risk of theft, thereby protecting Locauto’s property.

    As provided for in Legislative Decree No. 124/2019, converted with amendments by Law No. 157/2019, for leases with a total duration of 12 (twelve) months or more, the Customer is responsible for paying the Regional Vehicle Tax based on their region of residence or registered office.

    The zero-down payment offer is not binding on Locauto. Locauto reserves the right to conduct the necessary income and financial checks on the applicant before formalizing the rental order.
