  • We do not ask for payments to be made to checking accounts in the name of individuals and/or to prepaid cards
  • We do not ask for bank transfers to confirm online reservations
  • We do not ask to finalize vehicle reservations via instant messaging channels such as WhatsApp
  • We do not ask for payments via private chat or direct messages
  • We do not ask to share confidential codes such as PINs, OTPs, passwords, etc.
  • We never communicate through email domains other than @www.locautorent.com
