Basic requirements
You must be at least 19 years old for motor vehicle rental
You must be at least 21 years old for commercial vehicle rental
You must have held a Category B driver's license for at least 36 months to drive all vehicles, with the exception of the BY, CY, AEV, and BEV groups, which may also be driven by new drivers.
Guaranteed rate until checkout
The rate displayed will remain unchanged until the reservation is completed, unless the search criteria are modified. In that case, the rate may not be guaranteed.
Smart Check-In and Credit Cards
Once you've completed your reservation, you can use Smart Check-In for free through your MyLocauto account.
You must present a physical credit card in your name at the time of pickup. Debit cards from the international networks Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Union Pay are also accepted. Digital cards are not accepted.
Please note: For vehicles in groups L and T, a credit card is required; debit cards are not accepted.
Reservation cancellation policy
You can cancel your reservation for free up to 48 hours before picking up the vehicle, with no additional charges.
If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of pickup, a cancellation fee of €50 will be charged to the credit card used at the time of booking.
