To collect the vehicle at Ancona in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday
- from 9.00 to 12.00 on Saturday
Sunday closed.
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

Locauto parking is located in the area next to the rental office.

The office is located in via Achille Grandi 45 M, about 5 km away from A14 motorway exit, both directions.
