To collect the vehicle at Civitavecchia in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 8:30 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30 from Monday to Friday
- from 8.30 to 13.00 on Saturday and Sunday
Sunday closed.
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

You will find free parking in the square in front of the Civitavecchia train station and along Viale della Repubblica, an extension of the square.

The location is inside the Civitavecchia train station, accessible from both Platform 1 and Piazzale Scipione Matteuzzi. It is situated just over 1 km from the cruise terminal of the port of Civitavecchia.
