To collect the vehicle at Fiumicino Downtown in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 8.00 to 18.00 from Monday to Friday
- from 8.00 to 13.00 on Saturday
Sunday closed.
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

The parking is located near the rental office.

The rental office is located in Via Portuense 2413 in Fiumicino (RM)
