To collect the vehicle at Rome Prati in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 8.30 to 13.00 and from 14.30 to 19.00 from Monday to Friday
- from 8.00 to 13.00 on Saturday
Sunday closed.
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

You can pick up your vehicle at our desk in Viale Carso 50, a few steps away from Lepanto underground station.

 Locauto office is located in Viale Carso 50, old city, easuly reachable through underground. Lepanto station is very close to the office.
