To collect the vehicle at Rome Tiburtina in Smart Check-In mode you will have to walk directly to our rental office:
- from 8.00 to 19.00 from Monday to Friday
- from 8.00 to 13.00 on Saturday
Sunday closed.
Before handing over the keys, our staff will simply ask you to show the credit card used at the time of booking and your driving license to verify your identity.

You can pick up your vehicle at our desk in Piazza delle Crociate 23. In case of 'out of time' drop off, reach the office and contact the staff to close your rental.
