At the event, the Italian company, a leader in short-, medium-, and long-term car and commercial vehicle rental, was honored as the best car rental company in the EMEA region, an award based on the quality of service provided and the level of customer satisfaction. In fact, the company achieved an excellent customer satisfaction score of 9.0/10.0.
