Terms & Conditions

Booking changes are allowed up to the day / time of picking up the vehicle; if the booking change concerns relevant data (e.g. booked group, pick-up / drop-off date / time, pick-up / drop-off station) the system may not guarantee the availability of the vehicle and the rate initially booked and eventually prepaid.
In the case of prepayment, the Customer may obtain a refund of any amount prepaid if the cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled vehicle pick-up.
If the cancellation occurs within the 48 hours preceding the vehicle pick-up, the Customer is required to pay a penalty of €50.
